There are so many opinions. Do fast !! Go slow!! If you are developing startup, its your choice. Remember 90% startups fail in 5 years. So, no rush!! You need learning time. You need business validation time. Slow down and scale down during early phase while you are bootstrapping.
Our first clinic at my birthplace is becoming successful and close to break-even. We learned how to provide value added health care services. Patience is the key!!
It's not easy to launch an alternative cost effective physicians platform in India while bootstrapping. Telemedicine is not the first choice for Indian. Indian loves chamber visit for consultation. What about telemedicine services? We are working to validate our business strategies organically. NC Health Hub platform is getting matured and enriched with physicians.
We understand the power of ground services. We understand our strengths. So, we are launching home health care unit, PROMISE, at Kolkata.
