Ever feel hungry even after a full meal? Or find yourself craving something sweet or salty for no particular reason? 🤔

That constant urge to think about, eat, or crave food can be “food noise.” It’s not always about a lack of willpower. In obesity, changes in the signals that regulate appetite, hunger, and the brain’s reward system can contribute to increased cravings and hunger.

So, instead of blaming yourself, listen to your body and seek the right medical guidance. 🩺

Your hunger deserves understanding, not judgment. 💙

Small seeds, big nutrition! 🌱

Adding a variety of seeds to a balanced diet can be an easy way to include fibre, healthy fats, protein and essential nutrients. Flax, chia, pumpkin, sunflower and sesame seeds each offer different nutritional benefits.

But remember, seeds alone don’t make a healthy diet. Balanced meals, regular exercise and good sleep matter too.

Watch the reel to know which seeds you can include in your everyday diet.

Small dietary changes. Big steps towards better health. 💚

Walking or gym — which one is better for managing diabetes?

The answer isn’t really one or the other. Walking provides aerobic activity, while resistance training helps build and maintain muscle. For many adults with diabetes, combining both can offer broader benefits for blood glucose management and overall health.

The 2026 American Diabetes Association Standards of Care recommend 150+ minutes of moderate-to-vigorous aerobic activity per week, along with 2–3 resistance-training sessions per week on nonconsecutive days for adults with diabetes.

So remember: Walk for today. Strengthen for tomorrow. Do both for a healthier future.

Always consider your individual health condition and speak with your healthcare professional before starting or changing an exercise routine.

Coming home late from work doesn’t mean you have to skip dinner or eat a heavy meal at 11 PM. 🌙

If you know you’ll be home late, try having a light, protein-rich snack around 7–8 PM, such as sprouts, paneer, Greek yoghurt or a handful of nuts. Once you’re home, keep dinner light with options like soup, dal or khichdi.

A short walk after dinner can also support blood glucose management.

Remember, it’s not just about eating early—it’s about eating smart and maintaining a routine that works for you.

If you can’t eat early, eat smart.
