“Mera bachcha eye contact nahi karta… kya ye communication problem hai?” 👀❤️

Parents, ek important baat yaad rakhiye —
Communication sirf bolne ya eye contact ka naam nahi hai.

Ek bahut important skill hoti hai — JOINT ATTENTION ✨

Jab bachcha kisi cheez ko dekhta hai aur us moment ko aapke saath share karta hai…
jaise:
“Wow car!” 🚗
aur bachcha car dekhe + aapki taraf dekhe + reaction share kare…
ye connection build kar raha hota hai ❤️

Aaj ek simple home activity try kijiye: “WAIT & SHARE GAME” 🎈

✨ Step 1: Child ki favourite cheez lein (bubbles, ball, car, book)
✨ Step 2: Exciting moment create karein
(jaise bubble banane se pehle ruk jaayein)
✨ Step 3: Child ke reaction ka wait karein
✨ Step 4: Jab child aapko dekhe ya involve kare, smile karein aur boliye:
“Wow! Bubble!” 🫧

Goal ye nahi hai ki bachcha perfect eye contact kare…
Goal hai — bachcha aapke saath moment share kare ❤️

Is activity ko roz 5 minutes play mein include kijiye.

Save this activity for your next play time 📌
Aur kisi parent ke saath share karein jinko apne child ki communication samajhne mein help chahiye 🤍

Parents, aapke child ka favourite activity kya hai? Comment karein 👇”

“Eye contact is one small part of communication. Understanding your child’s way of connecting is the first step. ❤️”

(For parents: if reduced eye contact is combined with other concerns like limited gestures, response to name, play skills, or communication changes, discussing it with a developmental professional can help.)

Aapka bachcha bolne ki jagah aapka haath kheenchta hai…
kya iska matlab autism hai? 🤔

Hamesha nahi. ❤️

Hand pulling ek communication ka clue hai, diagnosis nahi.

✨ Speech delay wale bachche bhi hand pull kar sakte hain, lekin wo aksar:
✔️ apni pasand ki cheez aapke saath share karte hain
✔️ cheezon ko point karke dikhate hain
✔️ aapka reaction dekhte hain
✔️ aapke saath interaction enjoy karte hain

✨ Autism mein hand pulling ke saath kabhi-kabhi ye differences bhi dikh sakte hain:
✔️ pointing aur gestures kam hona
✔️ joint attention (kisi cheez ko milkar share karna) mein difficulty
✔️ social communication ka alag pattern
✔️ back-and-forth interaction mein difficulty

Sawal sirf ye nahi hai —
“Bachcha kya kar raha hai?”

Sawal ye hai —
“Bachcha mujhse kaise connect aur communicate kar raha hai?” 💛

Aap apne child ko hand pulling ke jagah better communication kaise sikha sakte hain? 👇

Maine parents ke liye ek simple Hand Pulling Activity Handout banaya hai 💛

Comment “HAND” and I’ll share it with you ✨

Save this for later & share with a parent who needs this ❤️

“Reading is not just about memorising words 📚
Before fluent reading comes an important skill: phonemic awareness.
Phonemic awareness = ability to hear and play with sounds in words.
(Example: knowing “bat” starts with /b/)

Sight reading = recognising words quickly while reading.

Without phonemic awareness, children often:

* Guess words
* Memorise instead of decode
* Struggle with spelling
* Avoid reading

Many children who struggle with reading actually need support in these foundation skills first.

SLPs can help build the language and sound-processing skills needed for successful reading ✨

Save & share with a parent or teacher 💛”
