This wasn’t just another trip.
It’s very hard to explain the significance of this place for me in words, so I won’t even try. It unfolded something deep within me, which is beyond words..

Each picture in this post holds immense value for me and carries a story behind it:

1. Vivekananda Rock Memorial
There is no other picture with which I could start this post — it was not only the starting point of my journey in Kanyakumari, but also of my inner journey.

2. Meditation Hall
The main reason why I came to this place, and where everything unfolded.
It’s not just another hall
 not another temple.
It’s built and maintained in such a way that if you sit there, a lot of things can simply click within you.

3–4. Sunrise & time spent on the beach
I just sat there and observed the ocean.
When you really sit and look, you see not only how beautiful it is — it’s so strong and powerful it can feel overwhelming.
Especially if you fall in 😂 (which thankfully didn’t happen).

5. Sri Venkateswara Swamy Temple
On the way there, I got lost, ended up near a trash dump, then all of a sudden on a beautiful beach.
Got sunburn and questioned my life 😂
Afterwards I found the way, had a small conversation there and then
 and continued to Vivekananda Kendra.

6. A quote by Swami Vivekananda
This one struck me deeply.
We tend to believe everyone else, but not ourselves.
We doubt every step, every decision — what if this, what if that

7–8. Ramayana Darshana — Vivekananda Kendra
First picture: Hanumanji.
Second: Ram ji.
A big exhibition with the entire Ramayana story.
On the upper floor, there is more to explore about mothers, and a powerful Nataraja which I found absolutely stunning.
There was also the Vasudha exhibition — focused on ecology, sustainability, and holistic living.
From here, I got connected to more people.
