didn’t suddenly become disciplined.

just reached a point where i was tired of letting myself down.

So started showing up. Some days confidently. Some unwillingly. Some days slipping and starting all over again.

ate better. trained and rested. kept repeating it, long before anyone could see a difference.

slowly, my body changed. became much stronger. Clothes fit differently. People started noticing.

But the change that mattered most wasn’t visible.

I began trusting myself again.

started for myself.
now i have a reason to keep going.

still working on myself.

but for once, i’m proud of how far i’ve come.

This birthday, the best gift I gave myself was becoming harder to break.

Not perfect.
Not finished.
Not satisfied.

Just better than the man I was before.

This took discipline, training, tracking, walking, saying no, and showing up quietly when nobody was watching.

The body changed.

But the real change was standards.

Still building.

This is just the beginning.
