Case of Chronic Allergic Rhinitis.
Female in her adolescence,
allergic to dust, pollen, strong odours, probable certain food items, change of weather etc.

Uncontrollable sneezing, watery eyes, headaches, on slight exposure to dust, cold air and other exciting causes.

Recurrent complaints of common cold, cough, headaches for over two years.

Treatment started in September 2020, responded very well and the patient is off all the medications shortly within 2 months of treatment.

Be very careful during the seasonal change.

DENGUE should be tested when a high fever (103°F/104°F) is accompanied by 2 of the following symptoms during the febrile phase:

- severe headache
- pain behind the eye
- muscle and joint pains
- nausea
- vomiting
- swollen glands
- rash

Severe dengue

Critical phase normally occurs about 3-7 days after illness onset. It is at this time, when the fever is dropping (100°F) in the patient.

WARNING SIGNS -

- severe abdominal pain
- persistent vomiting
- rapid breathing
- bleeding gums
- restlessness
