Track your ovulation, understand your fertile window, and know when your chances of conception may be highest. 💗

Your cycle isn’t just about your period — ovulation is the key event when you’re trying to conceive.
Look for clues like cervical mucus changes, ovulation predictor kits (LH), cycle tracking, and basal body temperature.

✨ Track your cycle. Understand your body. Plan smarter.

The Best Supplement for Male Fertility? 👨‍🍼

There’s no single “best” supplement for every man. The right choice depends on s***m count, motility, morphology, oxidative stress, diet, lifestyle and underlying deficiencies.

Common nutrients studied for male reproductive health include CoQ10, zinc, selenium, folate, vitamin C, vitamin E and L-carnitine — but supplementation should be personalised rather than blindly taken.

💡 If you’re trying to conceive, don’t just focus on the woman. Male factors contribute to a significant proportion of infertility cases.

🧪 What is the best time to give a semen analysis sample?

It’s not about Monday, Tuesday or any particular day of the week! 😉

For a routine semen analysis, the sample is generally recommended after 2–7 days of s*xual abstinence.

Why does this matter? Because the duration of abstinence can affect semen parameters such as s***m concentration, volume and motility.

A few important tips:
✨ Follow your laboratory’s specific instructions
✨ Collect the complete sample
✨ Avoid regular lubricants or condoms for collection
✨ If collecting at home, deliver the sample to the laboratory as instructed and as quickly as possible

And remember — one semen analysis is only a snapshot. Results can vary, so your doctor may recommend repeating the test if needed.

Do you know the signs your body may be giving you around ovulation? 👀✨

Ovulation doesn’t always feel the same for everyone, but some common symptoms can include:

🌸 Clear, slippery, stretchy cervical mucus
🌸 Mild lower-abdominal pain or cramps
🌸 Increased s*x drive
🌸 Breast tenderness
🌸 Bloating
🌸 Slight rise in basal body temperature
🌸 Changes in mood or energy

These symptoms can give you clues about your fertile window—but symptoms alone cannot confirm ovulation.

If you’re trying to conceive, understanding your fertile window can help you time in*******se more effectively. ❤️

When are you actually ovulating? 🌸

Ovulation is the time when your o***y releases an egg—and it’s one of the most fertile days of your cycle.

✨ In a typical 28-day cycle, ovulation often happens around 14 days before your next period, not necessarily on Day 14.

Signs that may suggest ovulation:
• Clear, slippery, stretchy cervical mucus
• Mild one-sided pelvic pain
• Increased libido
• Positive LH/ovulation test
• Slight rise in basal body temperature after ovulation

If you’re trying to conceive, knowing your fertile window can make a big difference. ❤️

Low AMH ≠ No Hope. ❤️

A low AMH level can indicate reduced ovarian reserve, but it does not by itself tell you whether you can conceive naturally or whether IVF will work.

AMH is just one piece of the fertility puzzle. Your age, antral follicle count, ovulation, s***m parameters, and overall reproductive history matter too.

✨ Don’t panic over one number.
✨ Understand what your AMH actually means.
✨ Get the right fertility evaluation at the right time.
