🌸🌸Postpartum journey with Acarya Yoga(Online)🌸🌸
🍀1st photo:
6 days after her C-section.
🍀2nd photo:
Gain extra kilos due to various changes.
This is when she gently chose 1-1 yoga session with Acarya Yoga.
🍀3rd photo:
This is when she was doing yoga with us. For the first two months, our focus was only on healing Diastasis Recti and a few gentle asanas (as mentioned on my page).
🌷Changes she experienced:
• Inflammation gradually reduced
• Felt more energetic through the day (with some naturally tiring days when her child needed extra care)
• A sense of mental calm slowly returned
• Joint pain reduced by more than 80%
• Menstrual cycles became less painful
• Many more small but useful changes

Her weight gradually returned to what it was before pregnancy.
🌷What changed further:
• A sense of self-worth slowly returned
• Felt physically and mentally ready to face daily challenges
• Able to sit on the floor and stand up comfortably
• Improved ease in everyday movements, and much more.
