A long cherished dream has come to fruition; I always used to struggle with medications for diabetes. As the list expanded, and i graduated to a super-speciality, keeping up became even more difficult. Hence, i finally decided to create an app itself for my day to day DM management. This tiny app is the result of 3 years of learning and experimentation with AI and coding. Do try it out here and do give me your feedback and critique....

The link leads to a QR code. Scan this with your phone’s camera or the Expo Go app and it will lead to the preview of my app on your phone

It can be used by physicians or even the layman to understand and manage their diabetes

From idea to app in minutes. AI-powered development platform for creators, entrepreneurs, and developers.

My medical and Neurology research pipeline is being gradually shaped and improving each day 🦞🧠

Play around with AI tools and try to see what you can make out of them

The AI ecosystem is still young and immature. Even existing medical AI providers like Open evidence barely scratch the surface of its potential.

however, once the system becomes more mature and you have provided all your context to it, it is going to be difficult to exit the system just like we are locked into Google and Gmail.

The friction to exit increases incrementally, the escape Velocity becomes too much for for us to dump it

As the CEO of OpenAI proclaimed , intelligence is going to be a metered resource soon

You’re going to be paying huge amounts of money to companies that will harvest your data lock you in even more

We may not be able to fully exist without them, but it is like building your own of grid or Solar power grid that will still provide you energy, even when the grid goes down.

or if you resourceful, you can even live of the grid, totally.

Local AI and OpenClaw provide such an opportunity, right now

The initial steps are tough. I will not kid you. But you have to learn to crawl before you walk and before you run..

In 45 days, I have made Bots and an OpenClaw set up for all members of my family, and I’m slowly familiarising each one of them with it

Embolization for Subdural Hematoma: A Paradigm Shift

As neurointerventionalists, we're seeing a shift in how we approach chronic subdural hematoma.

Middle meningeal artery (MMA) embolization is emerging as a game-changer — a minimally invasive procedure that addresses the root cause rather than just draining the collection.

Why it matters:
Traditional burr hole drainage has ~20-30% recurrence rates. MMA embolization cuts that in half by targeting the hematoma's blood supply.

The procedure:
Using catheters, we deliver embolic agents (PVA, coils, or liquid embolics) to the MMA, occluding the feeders to the hygroma/capsule.

Who benefits most:
• Elderly patients with multiple comorbidities
• Recurrent SDH after surgery
• Patients on anticoagulation
• Those with bilateral SDH

The evidence is mounting. For appropriately selected patients, this is becoming first-line therapy.

Are you offering MMA embolization at your center? What's your experience?
