The choices you make in your everyday life can hugely influence the state of both your physical and mental health. Here are a few things you can do to take care of your mental health:

1.Eat a well-balanced diet consisting of good amounts of fibre, proteins, healthy fats, complex carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals. Healthy eating can help prevent and manage several health conditions, including depression.
2. Make exercise and physical activity a part of your daily routine. It is a great way to keep you fit and improve overall health and well-being.
3. Get enough sleep every night, which is very essential for a healthy lifestyle.
4. Adopt a positive attitude even when nothing seems right and life doesn’t go according to your plan.
5. Get routine health check-ups and tests.
6. Make an appointment with a mental health professional for an annual check-up. Many people seek professional help only after a crisis has occurred.

Remember, taking care of your emotional health is just as important as taking care of your physical health to a long, healthier, fitter life. This World Mental Health Day, let us all take a pledge to look after our mental well-being.

Dear All,

Whenever you find a Person Infected with Covid 19 in your neighbourhood or near your workplace, being taken to Quarantine/Isolation Centre in an Ambulance, Pls do not take Video or Pictures, infact discourage the person who you find is making a video or taking photos.

Don’t embarrass the person!

Instead stand in your Balcony or at your Window or your Gate a few feet away and give him/her a thumbs up, wish him/her good luck and a Speedy Recovery.

Because the way the virus is spreading, soon you will find an Ambulance, infront of everybody’s gate / door.

Please understand what this person must be going through.

Please
1. Respect him/her
2. Pray for him/her
3. Make him/her feel you are a good human being
4. Do not spread panic and “fear or insult” among others.

The person is just unwell, not a criminal. He will get cured but the memory of how people treated him, will stay with him forever !!

We are all in this fight together !!
Let's spread love and build confidence !

Be Safe, Stay at Home..... 💌🙏😇

Self-esteem is how we value and perceive ourselves. It's based on our opinions and beliefs about ourselves, which can sometimes feel really difficult to change.

Your self-esteem can affect whether you:

like and value yourself as a person
are able to make decisions and assert yourself
recognise your strengths and positives
feel able to try new or difficult things
show kindness towards yourself
move past mistakes without blaming yourself unfairly
take the time you need for yourself
believe you matter and are good enough
believe you deserve happiness.

- ?
The things that affect our self-esteem differ for everyone. Your self-esteem might change suddenly, or you might have had low self-esteem for a while – which might make it hard to recognise how you feel and make changes.

Difficult or stressful life experiences can often be a factor, such as:

being bullied or abused
experiencing prejudice, discrimination or stigma
losing your job or difficulty finding employment
problems at work or while studying
ongoing stress
physical health problems
mental health problems
relationship problems, separation or divorce
worries about your appearance and body image
problems with money or housing.
You might have had some of these experiences, and you might also have had difficulties that aren't listed here. Or there might not be one particular cause.

- ?

Having low self-esteem isn't a mental health problem in itself, but they are closely linked. If lots of things affect your self-esteem for a long time, this might lead to mental health problems (for example depression or anxiety).

Some of the experiences of low self-esteem can be signs of a mental health problem, particularly if they last for a long time or affect your day-to-day life. For example:

feeling hopeless or worthless
blaming yourself unfairly
hating yourself
worrying about being unable to do things.
Having a mental health problem can also cause you to have low self-esteem, and it might feel harder to cope or take steps to improve your self-esteem.

’s

This help you to prevent and relieve the symptoms of Parkinson’s disease with supplements. Here are three you can use at home.

1. L-carnitine. L-carnitine is an amino acid that enhances your thinking ability and memory. It’s also important for muscle control.

Your body converts L-carnitine into acetyl-L-carnitine (ALC). Studies show ALC prevents brain aging and slows the progress of brain diseases.4 It also improves cell receptors so neurons can take up more dopamine, the neurotransmitter critical for motor skills and mental focus. And it helps prevent the death of cells that produce dopamine.5

But ALC levels in your tissues drop with age. I suggest taking at least 500 mg of ALC every day on an empty stomach. Look for a formula with only L-carnitine and not D, L-carnitine. The D form is synthetic.

2.Glutathione. The more exposure you have during your lifetime to toxins like pesticides and other industrial chemicals, the higher your risk of PD. But antioxidants significantly reduce your risk.

The best one for the job is your body’s most powerful natural antioxidant glutathione. But your levels of glutathione decline with age. And patients with Parkinson’s have dangerously low levels in the brain.

You can’t take oral glutathione. But clinical trials show N-acetyl cysteine directly boosts glutathione. Take from 1,800 mg to 2,400 mg a day.

3. Lemon Balm. One of the most effective brain herbs I’ve found is lemon balm (Melissa officinalis). You might mistake it for a backyard w**d. But studies show it improves memory, alertness and mental processing.

It works by increasing the activity of acetylcholine. When researchers gave young adults 300 mg of lemon balm it significantly improved their memory almost immediately. It also dramatically increased their math skills.6

You can make a tea with lemon balm leaves or inhale the essential oil. But for best results I recommend a supplement. Take 300 mg to 500 mg three times a day.

Thank you
Have a Nice day
