Super foods help reverse your gray hair

1. Indian Gooseberry (Amla)
Ayurvedic name: Amalaki

One of the richest natural sources of Vitamin C
Potent antioxidant
Reduces oxidative damage to hair follicles
Supports collagen production
Enhances natural melanin synthesis
Strengthens roots and delays premature greying

Research shows oxidative stress accelerates
melanocyte loss. Amla directly combats this.

Can be used as : Fresh juice in morning or soaked dried

2. Black Sesame Seeds (Til)

Mentioned in classical texts as a Rasayana
