बाळ वारंवार रडतंय म्हणून 'दूध कमी आहे' असा गैरसमज करून घेऊ नका!

जन्म झाल्यानंतर पहिल्या काही दिवसांत बाळाचे पोट अगदी लहान असते. त्यामुळे सुरुवातीला येणारे दूध त्याच्यासाठी पूर्णपणे पुरेसे असते.

निसर्गाचा नियम सोपा आहे:

जितके बाळ दूध पिईल, तितकी दुधाची निर्मिती वाढेल. त्यामुळे दर 2 तासांनी किंवा बाळ जेव्हा मागेल तेव्हा त्याला दूध पाजा.

🛑 पहिले 6 महिने फक्त आणि फक्त आईचे दूध!

बाळाला लागणारे सर्व पोषण, पाणी आणि प्रतिकारशक्ती आईच्या दुधातूनच मिळते. वरचे पाणी किंवा इतर पदार्थ देण्याची मुळीच गरज नसते.

🩺 स्तनपानात काही अडचण येत असेल तर डॉक्टरांचा किंवा Lactation Specialist चा सल्ला आवर्जून घ्या.

डॉ. सरोज शिंदे यांना 'लोकमत आयकॉन्स ऑफ साऊथ महाराष्ट्र' पुरस्काराने गौरविण्यात आले. त्यांच्या वतीने पुरस्कार स्वीकारल्यानंतर त्यांचे यजमान श्री. संजय शिंदे यांनी व्यक्त केलेले मनोगत-

“Some moments in life feel like a dream come true. Today, I had the privilege of living one.
It was an extraordinary honor to attend an exclusive ceremony organized by Lokmat to felicitate the Icons of South Maharashtra. Among the many distinguished personalities being recognized, this prestigious award was conferred upon my wife, Dr. Saroj Shinde.
Because her professional commitments kept her away from Kolhapur, destiny bestowed upon me the rare privilege of accepting this honor on her behalf. For any husband, it was the fulfillment of a cherished dream.
The glittering ceremony was graced by prominent dignitaries, including District Guardian Minister Shri Prakash Abitkar, renowned Public Prosecutor and MP Shri Ujjwal Nikam, former Minister Shri Satej Patil, and Lokmat Group Chairman Shri Rajendra Darda.
The most profoundly moving moment was hearing Saroj’s citation read aloud. As the auditorium erupted into a thunderous standing ovation, I was overwhelmed with pride. This wasn't just about an award; it was society recognizing nearly four decades of her selfless service, compassion, and unwavering dedication to her patients.
When asked how I felt, a beautiful memory came rushing back.
On our wedding day, when I placed the garland around her neck, it rested over the stethoscope she was already wearing. I had no idea then that this simple instrument would become the driving force of her entire life.
In the Army, we live by a sacred motto: "Nation First."
For the last 38 years, my wife has lived by an equally sacred one: "Patient First."
I have seen countless occasions where her patients came before her own comfort, before family celebrations, before festivals, and before herself. Today’s honor is the natural culmination of that lifelong commitment.
Saroj, I am immensely proud of you. Keep soaring to greater heights. For someone with your conviction, the sky is never the limit—you will rise far beyond it.”
