Not all fevers are emergencies – but knowing when to act is key for your child’s health!

✅ When it’s usually OK:
• Low-grade fever below 100.4°F (38°C)
• Child is active, drinking fluids, and playful
• Fever lasts less than 2 days

🚨 See a doctor if:
• Fever is 102°F (38.9°C) or higher
• Baby is under 3 months old
• Fever lasts more than 3 days
• Child looks very tired, not eating, or has a rash
• Family history of febrile convulsions
• Any new or unusual symptom appears along with fever

💡 Home tips for mild fever:
• Keep your child hydrated
• Light clothing and room ventilation
• Use doctor-advised paracetamol only
