For patients who discharged from icu but still need such care.

We will provide registered icu trained nurse

Along with required equipments like monitor, icu bed, syringe pump, bipap etc as per requirement of the patient.

If required doctor consultation over phone on emergency.

Physical planned doctor visit as per ptn requirement.

Active for 12 month.

Weekly one time call from Emoha daughter to patient and patient Family member to know about patient condition and if any requirement is there for any help and service.

Free emergency coordination if required our on call doctor will assist over phone free of cost.

One time free BLS ambulance service free in a year upto 10km (above 10 excess amount chargeable and if required ICUal ambulance excess amount will be chargeable)

58 parameter blood test free once a year.

Voucher worth 3000 free with the plan.
