Nightingale Hospital was truly honoured to be part of the prestigious "From Academia to Industry – An Academia–Industry Interface" programme at Scottish Church College, Kolkata, on 11th August 2026.
A moment of great significance was the signing of the MOU between Nightingale Hospital and Scottish Church College, marking a meaningful step towards strengthening collaboration between academia and the healthcare industry and creating new opportunities for knowledge exchange and student engagement.

Nightingale Hospital was honoured to conduct an Anti-Tobacco & Anti-Substance Abuse Awareness Session at Loreto Convent School for the students and the wider Loreto community.

The session was led by Dr. Kundan Chaurasia, Senior Consultant, Department of General Medicine, Nightingale Hospital, who engaged the students through an interactive discussion on the harmful effects of to***co, va**ng and substance abuse. He encouraged them to make informed choices, resist peer pressure and become ambassadors of a healthy, addiction-free lifestyle.

We express our heartfelt gratitude to Provincial Sr. Monica Suchiang, Superior Sr. Josephine, Principal Ms. Aruna Gomes, teachers-in-Charge Ms. D. Das and Ms. N. Moon and the dedicated JPIC Student Council for their excellent coordination and wholehearted support in making the programme a great success.
