Sometimes the pressure isn’t failure.
It’s watching everyone else seem ahead of you.
Someone is achieving more.
Someone looks happier.
Someone looks more confident, more successful, more certain.
And after a while your own life starts feeling late; even when you’re trying your best.
So you keep pushing yourself harder.
Not because you’re unmotivated -
Because slowing down starts feeling dangerous.
The difficult part about constant comparison is that
It quietly changes how you see yourself.
And eventually nothing feels like « enough »

“I don’t know what’s wrong…
I just don’t feel like myself lately.”

Some people are tired

Not because they’re lazy.

So even during quiet moments,
the mind never really rests.

Emotional exhaustion doesn’t always look obvious.

Sometimes it looks like:
• getting irritated more easily
• feeling tired all the time
• withdrawing quietly
• overthinking small things
• struggling to fully switch off

And because many people continue functioning normally, these signs often go unnoticed — even by the person experiencing them.

Not every kind of exhaustion is physical.

One of the strangest feelings…

You keep showing up.
