Congenital knee dislocation is a condition where the knee is dislocated at birth.
This boy was born with the above condition.
He was intially treated with plaster casting which failed to give a satisfactory outcome. Then surgery ( quadriceplasty) was done and full correction was achieved.
Now the child is 1.5 years and fully recovered.
Patience in congenital deformity is key to success.
