Complex VT ablation in VT storm

A 45 year old gentleman with ischemic cardiomyopathy with recurrent ICD shock for VT and VF with hemodynamic instability was shifted from outside hospital on ventilator. In the crushing situation a complex VT ablation over 6 hours applying activation and substation modification got him out of the VT storm . He could walk back home after 2 days . No better and satisfying utilisation of the complex EP, that too under government scheme. Keeping fingers crossed.
