Celebrating my 5th year on Facebook with a mission! 🌟 Thank you for your continuous support—I could never have made it this far without you. 🙏🤗🎉

What these 5 years of consistency have rewarded me with:

Resilience: Initial criticism came my way, but it couldn't shake my mission. In fact, it pushed me to explore my true worth!

Humility: A lot of praise followed, but it kept me grounded instead of arrogant.

Growth: Incredible experience gained through your active participation and engagement.

Community: Finding the right people who truly value my mission and philosophy.

Success: A spark of motivation so deep that it drove me to complete my formal education to serve you better.

🎓These 5 years transformed me from a homemaker—who had given up all hope of fulfilling her dreams despite having a background in Nutrition Education and Food Technology/Agriculture—into a proud, practicing Dietitian. 👩‍⚕️

🌱Thank you from the bottom of my heart. ❤️ Our mission of and is finally getting the recognition it deserves! 🚀

The truth about why you aren't losing weight... 👇

If you are treating weight loss like a math problem (calories in vs. calories out), you are missing the entire picture. Your body is a complex biological system, not a calculator.

When you drastically cut food, your body goes into survival mode. It holds onto fat. It slows your metabolism. It leaves you exhausted.

Shift your focus from restriction to nourishment:

Eat for utility: Feed your muscle tissue.

Prioritize micronutrients: Optimise your thyroid and hormones.

Hydrate aggressively: Keep cellular processes running smoothly.

Now, let’s talk about the "Why":
Weight gain rarely happens without a trigger. If you don't address the root cause, any weight loss will be temporary. Ask yourself these hard questions:

Am I eating my emotions due to unmanaged work stress?

Is my lack of sleep spiking my cortisol and hunger hormones?

Am I dealing with insulin resistance or gut health issues?

Stop punishing your body to get smaller. Start nourishing your body to get healthier. The weight loss will follow.

Are you still starting your baby's solid food journey with standard Sooji (semolina) porridge?

In this video, find out why Homemade Sprouted Ragi Flour packs 10x more calcium than Sooji, making it the ultimate baby superfood for strong bones, teeth, and healthy weight gain!

While Sooji is a popular go-to choice for convenience, it is a refined wheat product that loses most of its vital nutrients during milling.

Whole Ragi (Finger Millet / Nachni) is naturally rich in calcium and iron. By sprouting the ragi grains at home, we unlock those nutrients, lower phytic acid, and make it incredibly easy for your baby's delicate digestive system to absorb.

Watch the full video for a step-by-step tutorial on how to wash, soak, sprout, dry-roast, and grind whole ragi into a super-fine, homemade baby powder!

🚨 Stop forcing protein down a broken gut!

I see this every day: people with severe bloating, IBS, and gas, chugging protein shakes or eating heavy dals (rajma, chole, paneer ), because "protein is healthy."

But if your digestive fire (Agni) is weak, overloading on complex proteins just creates toxins (Ama) and wrecks your gut further.

Before you build muscle, you need to heal the lining.

Here is my signature gut-healing blueprint for India:🌾

THE MAGIC OF AMBALI (Drink This Daily! 🥣)

If there is ONE thing you should start tomorrow, it is Millet Ambali (fermented millet porridge).

Naturally Probiotic: Fermenting positive millets creates a powerhouse of live, gut-friendly bacteria.

Pre-Digested Nutrients: The fermentation breaks down complex carbs and phytic acid, making it incredibly gentle on your stomach.

Cools & Heals: It coats the stomach lining, tames acid reflux, and systematically reduces gut inflammation.

🛑 GO SLOW ON PROTEIN

When your gut is sensitive, switch from heavy proteins to these ultra-light, gut-safe options:

Split Yellow Moong Dal: The ultimate light protein, best taken as a well-cooked Khichdi.

Fresh Homemade Dahi & Chaas: The fermentation eats up the lactose. Dilute your dahi (1:3 with water), churn it, and add roasted jeera and black salt to create a digestive elixir.

Soft Boiled Eggs: Boiled or poached eggs offer a 100% bio-availability rate with almost zero digestive strain.

Fermented Batters: Idli and Dosa pre-digest the proteins for you, making them super easy to absorb.

💡 3 DIETITIAN RULES TO STOP THE BLOAT

The 12-Hour Soak: Always soak all dals and millets overnight to leach out gas-causing compounds.

The Tadka Trick: Cook your proteins with Hing, Jeera, Ginger, and Saunf to activate your natural digestive enzymes.

Never Eat Dahi At Night: Keep your curd/chaas for lunch when your digestion is at its peak.

✨ Ready to fix your bloating, embrace positive millets, and finally heal your gut from within?

Are you forcing protein down a broken gut? 🤷‍♀️💔

A 33-year-old vegetarian female came to me with severe gut health issues. She couldn't digest tofu, yogurt, or paneer. The truth? Protein isn't the primary goal when your digestion is compromised. Poor gut health lacks the enzymatic strength to break down heavy proteins, leading to toxic buildup and inflammation.

Before we talk about macros, we must talk about a gut healing protocol. That is always the first line of defense.

Instead of heavy dairy or processed substitutes, we introduced Positive Millets Ambali—a fermented biological elixir. Ambali actively brings your gut microbiota back into perfect balance, restoring the vital gut-brain axis that regulates your entire physical and mental well-being.

Uric acid High Ho gaya hai ?

Doctor advises to stop the consumption of Pulses But how will you survive without pulses with a vegetarian dietary profile . Read Captions and the detailed description too.

Your doctor may not be able to cure your high uric acid issues, but your dietitian can." 👩‍⚕️🌾And honestly, every homemaker should know this! Managing metabolic health starts right in the kitchen. With the right lifestyle tweaks and traditional functional foods, you can manage and reverse high uric acid levels naturally without just relying on a lifetime of pills.

❓ What is Uric Acid?

Uric acid is a normal waste product formed when your body breaks down chemical compounds called purines (found naturally in your body and in certain foods). Normally, your kidneys filter it out through urine. But when your body produces too much of it—or your kidneys can't flush it out fast enough—it builds up in the blood. This can lead to the formation of sharp, painful crystals in your joints, causing intense pain, swelling, and conditions like gout.

📋 Your Daily Action Plan to Lower Uric Acid Naturally:

🥣 Eat Millet Ambali Daily

Incorporate traditional fermented Ambali (porridge) made from the 5 Positive Millets (Foxtail, Barnyard, Kodo, Little, and Browntop millets). This acts as a powerful prebiotic, deeply improves gut health, and assists in proper metabolic function.

🍵 Have Gokhru Kwath Daily

Gokhru (Tribulus terrestris) is a time-tested Ayurvedic herb known for its excellent natural diuretic properties. Drinking Gokhru Kwath (decoction) helps your kidneys flush out excess accumulated uric acid crystals naturally.

🏃‍♀️ Brisk Walk for 40 Minutes

Commit to a regular, brisk 40-minute walk every single day. Consistent, moderate physical activity improves blood circulation, boosts metabolic rate, and helps maintain a healthy weight—all of which are critical for lowering urate levels.

💧 Stay Strictly Hydrated

Drink plenty of water throughout the day (at least 2.5 to 3 liters). Hydration is your simplest and most effective tool to dilute uric acid and support kidney filtration.

🍋 Load Up on Vitamin C & Low-Fat Dairy

Include fresh lime, citrus fruits, and low-fat dairy options like curd or buttermilk in your daily routine. Vitamin C helps clear urate through urine, while low-fat dairy options have a proven urate-lowering effect.

❌ Avoid High-Purine Foods & Fructose

Cut down heavily on red meat, organ meats, shellfish, and completely eliminate processed foods containing high-fructose corn syrup (like commercial sodas and packed juices).

👨‍🍳 Always Soak your Daals ( Pulses , Legumes ) before cooking and discard the soaking water . Cook in a open cooker till ot boils and remove the scum, you can close the lid of the cooker at this point and cook further.

🚬🚭🍷 Have you stopped the consumption of Ci******es and Alcohol? Nahe na? It seems easy to give up on Pulses than on the real culprit.

Listen , take care of your kidneys, these are not filtering well. Take it as first sign to something bigger in the future.

💡 The takeaway for every homemaker: You hold the key to your family's health right in your pantry. Small, traditional food updates make the biggest difference!
