Although the world has made significant progress in recent decades, important global targets for ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฌ were not met.

Division, disparity and disregard for human rights are among the failures that allowed ๐—›๐—œ๐—ฉ to become and remain a global health crisis. Now, ๐—–๐—ข๐—ฉ๐—œ๐——-๐Ÿญ๐Ÿต is exacerbating inequities and disruptions to services, making the lives of many people living with ๐—›๐—œ๐—ฉ more challenging.

The theme of ๐—ช๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—น๐—ฑ ๐—”๐—œ๐——๐—ฆ ๐——๐—ฎ๐˜† ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿญ is โ€œEnd inequalities. End ๐—”๐—œ๐——๐—ฆโ€. With a special focus on reaching people left behind, ๐—ช๐—›๐—ข and its partners are highlighting the growing inequalities in access to essential ๐—›๐—œ๐—ฉ services.

On 1 December 2021, WHO is calling on global leaders and citizens to rally to confront the inequalities that drive AIDS and to reach people who are currently not receiving essential ๐—›๐—œ๐—ฉ services.
