🌸 ক্যান্সার প্রতিরোধের শক্তি এখন একটি ছোট্ট টিকার মধ্যে।

প্রতি বছর হাজার হাজার ভারতীয় মহিলা জরায়ুমুখের ক্যান্সারে আক্রান্ত হন। অথচ HPV ভ্যাকসিনের মাধ্যমে এই ঝুঁকি অনেকটাই কমানো সম্ভব। 💉

চুলকানি, ফোলা ফোলা দাগ, আবার কিছুক্ষণ পর নিজে থেকেই মিলিয়ে যাচ্ছে? 🤔

হতে পারে এটি Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria (CSU) — এমন একটি অবস্থা যেখানে ৬ সপ্তাহেরও বেশি সময় ধরে বারবার হাইভস (চাকা চাকা ফুসকুড়ি) বা অ্যানজিওএডিমা দেখা দেয়, অথচ অনেক ক্ষেত্রেই এর নির্দিষ্ট কারণ খুঁজে পাওয়া যায় না।

❌ এটি ছোঁয়াচে নয়
❌ সবসময় কোনো খাবারের অ্যালার্জির জন্য হয় না
❌ শুধুমাত্র “অ্যালার্জির ওষুধ খেলেই” সবসময় নিয়ন্ত্রণে আসে না

অনেক রোগীর ক্ষেত্রে এটি দৈনন্দিন জীবন, ঘুম, কাজ এবং মানসিক স্বাস্থ্যের উপরও প্রভাব ফেলে।

সঠিক রোগনির্ণয় ও উপযুক্ত চিকিৎসার মাধ্যমে অধিকাংশ রোগীকেই ভালোভাবে নিয়ন্ত্রণে রাখা সম্ভব। তাই বারবার এমন সমস্যা হলে নিজে নিজে চিকিৎসা না করে একজন ত্বক বিশেষজ্ঞের পরামর্শ নিন।

একজন তরুণ রোগী দীর্ঘদিন ধরে শরীরের একপাশে থাকা একটি বড় কালচে দাগ নিয়ে আমাদের কাছে আসেন।

📌 বৈশিষ্ট্যগুলো:
✅ জন্মের সময় ছিল না
✅ বয়ঃসন্ধির পর ধীরে ধীরে স্পষ্ট হয়েছে
✅ দাগের উপর স্বাভাবিকের তুলনায় বেশি লোম রয়েছে
✅ কোনো ব্যথা, চুলকানি বা অন্য উপসর্গ নেই
