π« Pulmonary Tuberculosis (TB): Know It. Detect It. Treat It. π«
Tuberculosis remains one of the world's leading infectious diseases, but it is preventable, treatable, and curable when diagnosed early and treated properly.
A cough lasting more than two weeks, fever, night sweats, weight loss, loss of appetite, or coughing up blood should never be ignored. Early testing and timely treatment can save lives and prevent transmission to others.
TB does not discriminateβit can affect anyone. Awareness, early diagnosis, treatment adherence, good nutrition, and reducing stigma are key to eliminating this disease.
