Your body knows you best. Take a few minutes to know it better. 💗

Breast awareness starts with knowing what is normal for you and being attentive to any new or unusual changes.

A simple monthly self-check can help you become more familiar with your breasts. In this carousel, we’ve shared 5 simple steps to guide you:

🔹 Look for visible changes in the mirror
🔹 Feel gently using small circular movements
🔹 Make sure you cover the whole breast area
🔹 Check the underarm area
🔹 Notice any changes in the skin or ni**le

You may notice changes such as a new lump, swelling, skin changes, ni**le changes, unusual discharge or dimpling. If you notice anything new or unusual, don’t ignore it—get it checked by a qualified breast health specialist.

💗 Be aware. Be proactive. Be healthy.

Take a moment for yourself today. Because being aware of your breast health is an important part of taking care of yourself.

BRINGING VALUE | 1st in India

We have never been in the race to be ranked among the “Top 10” institutions in India or Asia. At IBDK, our purpose has always been simpler: to create meaningful value for patients, clinicians, researchers and society.

At the request of our researchers and encouraged by the trust of our patients, we are beginning a series titled “Bringing Value”—highlighting what we have introduced, achieved or accomplished for the first time in India.

We started our journey from a small room within a hospital. Today, we continue to provide clinical services through NCRI Hospital and Binayak Hospital, while our research facility operates from our registered centre.

We believe in simple living and high thinking.

Our first milestone: IBDK successfully brought the officially licensed Best of the 19th St. Gallen International Breast Cancer Conference to India for the first time.

This landmark scientific conference, traditionally held every two years in Vienna, Austria, was brought to India by IBDK—making internationally relevant breast cancer knowledge more accessible to our region.

Kudos to Team IBDK, our researchers, clinicians, collaborators and more than 5,000 patients who have believed in us and supported this journey.
