গর্ভবতী মায়েদের জন্য অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটি পরীক্ষা হচ্ছে CTG (Cardiotocography) Monitoring !

CTG যাকে অনেক সময় Non-Stress Test (NST)ও বলা হয়, এটি এমন একটি পরীক্ষা যেখানে একসঙ্গে শিশুর হার্টবিট এবং মায়ের জরায়ুর contraction মনিটর করা হয়। এই রিপোর্ট কাগজে বা কম্পিউটারে দেখা যায়।

সাধারণত গর্ভাবস্থার তৃতীয় ত্রৈমাসিক (২৯–৪০ সপ্তাহ) বা প্রসবের সময় এই টেস্ট করা হয়, যাতে শিশুর সুস্থতা ও কোনো ধরনের fetal distress আছে কিনা তা বোঝা যায়।

🔍 কখন CTG করা প্রয়োজন?
যদি শিশুর নড়াচড়া কমে যায়, পরিবর্তন হয় বা বন্ধ মনে হয়, তখন সাধারণত ২০–৩০ মিনিট বা প্রয়োজন হলে আরও বেশি সময় ধরে CTG Monitoring করা হয়।

একটি reassuring CTG trace সাধারণত শিশুর সুস্থতার ভালো ইঙ্গিত দেয়।

Laparoscopic Surgery for Ectopic Pregnancy

An ectopic pregnancy happens when a fertilized egg implants outside the uterus—most commonly in the fallopian tube.
