From Unconscious to Smiling: A Brain Haemorrhage Success Story 🧠✨

A 75-year-old patient was brought to us in an unconscious state due to a subdural haemorrhage. The condition was critical and required immediate neurosurgical intervention.

An emergency surgery was performed 15 days ago. Today, seeing the patient fully conscious, smiling, and recovering well is truly rewarding.

A 13-year-old female patient presented with severe mid-back pain followed by sudden weakness of both lower limbs. She was unable to move her legs.

MRI of the spine revealed tuberculosis of the dorsal spine causing severe spinal cord compression.
Considering the neurological deterioration, emergency decompression surgery was performed.

Post-operatively, the patient is showing remarkable and unexpected neurological recovery. Her lower limb power is gradually improving.

With proper treatment at the right time, even severe spinal cord compression can show excellent recovery.

রোগী যখন আমার চেম্বারে আসেন, তখন তার শরীরের ডান পাশে দুর্বলতা এবং প্রচণ্ড মাথাব্যথা ছিল। জরুরি ভিত্তিতে সিটি স্ক্যান করা হলে মস্তিষ্কের বাম পাশে Subdural Hemorrhage ধরা পড়ে।
অবস্থা গুরুতর হওয়ায় দ্রুত ইমারজেন্সি অপারেশন করা হয়। অপারেশনের পর রোগী সম্পূর্ণ সুস্থ আছেন।
⏳ মনে রাখবেন — সঠিক সময়ে সঠিক চিকিৎসা পেলে গুরুতর মস্তিষ্কের রক্তক্ষরণ থেকেও রোগীকে সুস্থ করা সম্ভব।
👉 হঠাৎ শরীরের একপাশে দুর্বলতা, তীব্র মাথাব্যথা বা অজ্ঞান হয়ে যাওয়া—এই লক্ষণগুলো অবহেলা করবেন না। দ্রুত বিশেষজ্ঞ চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ নিন।
