7) Assistance in arranging for specialist doctor appointments / specific check ups, accompanying the elderly (if required) for the appointment and drop-back
8) Assistance during hospitalization and discharge by doing all formalities
9) Post discharge / operative care at home
10) Monthly home delivery of medicines
11) 24X7 response to emergencies
