Do you feel knee pain while climbing stairs or getting up from a chair?
This is one of the most common problems I see in patients
Knee pain like this usually happens because your thigh muscles,
especially the quadriceps, are weak and not supporting your knee joint properly.
When these muscles are weak,
extra pressure goes directly onto your knee, causing pain and discomfort
Instead of complete rest,
you should start simple strengthening exercises like straight leg raises,
supported squats, and slow step-ups.
These exercises help improve muscle support and reduce stress on your knee
