HPV Vaccine: Protect Before Cancer Strikes

HPV (Human Papillomavirus) is a common virus that can cause cervical cancer and several other cancers.

✅ HPV vaccination can significantly reduce the risk of HPV-related cancers- cervical, vaginal, vulval, anorectal, pe**le and nasopharengeal cancer.
✅ It is most effective when given before exposure to HPV, preferably during adolescence.
✅ Vaccination is recommended for girls and boys, according to age and national guidelines.
✅ Even after vaccination, women should continue regular cervical cancer screening.

Prevention is better than cure. Vaccinate. Screen. Stay protected. 💙

Postmenopausal Bleeding? Don’t Ignore It.

Any bleeding after menopause needs proper evaluation.

It may be due to a harmless condition, but endometrial cancer must be ruled out.

🔹 A biopsy before surgery, when indicated, helps confirm the diagnosis
🔹 Without proper diagnosis, the surgery may not be planned adequately and can sometimes result in incomplete treatment.

Don’t rush to surgery. Diagnose first. Plan the right surgery.

Right diagnosis → Right treatment → Better care

মেনোপজের পর যেকোনও রক্তপাতের সঠিক পরীক্ষা-নিরীক্ষা জরুরি।

এটি অনেক সময় সাধারণ কারণেও হতে পারে, তবে জরায়ুর ক্যানসার আছে কি না, তা নিশ্চিত করা দরকার।

🔹 প্রয়োজনে অপারেশনের আগে বায়োপসি করে রোগ নির্ণয় করা হয় এবং ক্যানসারের ধরন ও গ্রেড জানা যায়।
🔹 সঠিক রোগ নির্ণয় ছাড়া অপারেশন করলে অপারেশন অসম্পূর্ণ হতে পারে এবং পরবর্তীতে আবার চিকিৎসা বা অতিরিক্ত অপারেশনের প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।

তাই তাড়াহুড়ো করে অপারেশন নয়—আগে রোগ নির্ণয়, তারপর সঠিক চিকিৎসার পরিকল্পনা।

সঠিক রোগ নির্ণয় → সঠিক অপারেশন → উন্নত চিকিৎসা
