When I explicitly asked for the names of the doctors who prescribed the expensive, unnecessary medicines and injections, he diverted the topic and entirely shut down the investigation.

The Govt of West Bengal, the WB Health and Family Welfare Department, and the WBCERC will only shield these corrupt, predatory hospitals. They do not care about patient lives, only their syndicate.

They have directed the West Bengal Clinical Establishment Regulatory Commission (WBCERC) to take action and file a formal complaint.For too long, the WBCERC and the West Bengal government have been busy protecting scammers, cheaters, and Desun Hospital—the very institution responsible for killing my wife. They tried to brush this medical negligence cheating under the carpet, but they cannot ignore the Human Rights CommissionThis is a major step forward, but the battle is not over. Justice Denied: How the System Protects Hospital Scams in West Bengal
The loss of a life is a tragedy; the systematic cover-up of a medical crime is an atrocity. I am writing this as a victim of a system that has failed me at every level—from the hospital corridors to the chambers of the West Bengal Clinical Establishment Regulatory Commission (WBCERC).

The Incident: Desun Hospital
My wife was not just a patient; she was a victim of what I allege to be a pre-planned financial scam.

Fake Billing: The hospital provided documentation that does not match the services rendered.

Illegal Detention: My wife was kept as a "hostage" for five days, a clear violation of human rights and medical ethics.

Medical Negligence: While the focus remained on the bills, life-saving treatment was withheld, leading to her untimely death.

The Institutional Failure
Despite submitting what I believe to be sufficient evidence, the doors to justice have been slammed shut by the very people appointed to open them.

The WBCERC: I have presented proof of these crimes to the WBCERC. However, instead of an investigation, I have met with refusal. When a retired judge, Ashim Kumar Banerjee, acting as a regulator, refuses to investigate documented fraud, they become a shield for the scammer.

State Silence: The Government of West Bengal remains silent while private hospitals exploit the grief of common citizens. By not holding these institutions accountable, the state effectively protects the criminal.

A Message to the CJI Justice Surya Kant.
We are told the judiciary is the last pillar of hope. But when evidence is ignored by (Retd.) Justice Ashim Kumar Banerjee and regulators act as "parties to the crime," where do the common people go? Deleting truths about judicial corruption from textbooks does not remove the corruption from the system; it only hides it from the next generation.

I have the proof. I have the records. All I lack is a system honest enough to look at them.
