I am honoured to be part of the Rajasthan Pelvi-Acetabular Cadaveric Course 2026, held at Dr. S.N. Medical College, Jodhpur, Rajasthan on 8 - 9 August 2026.
It's a privilege to share the academic platform with Dr. Ramesh Sen, Dr. Vivek Trikha, Dr. Abhey Elhence, Dr. Pranav Shah; esteemed pelvis and acetabulum surgeons of India.
Contributing as faculty and speaker, delivered talk on anterior pelvic ring injuries and femoral head fractures.
I am also honored to be a part of Hands on cadaveric Workshop.
Had wonderful two days of academic exchange, hands-on learning, and meaningful discussions that will help us in providing advance care to our patients.

Years in the operating room teach you more than surgical techniques.

They teach you that every patient is different, every decision matters, and the real goal isn't simply to complete a surgery.

Over the years, I've learned five lessons that continue to shape the way I practice orthopedic surgery:

1️⃣ Details matter.
Small decisions can have a big impact on the final outcome.

2️⃣ Never stop learning.
Medicine keeps evolving, so a surgeon has to keep evolving too.

3️⃣ Listen before you treat.
An MRI can show the problem, but understanding the patient's goals and lifestyle tells you what actually matters to them.

4️⃣ Consistency beats occasional brilliance.
Good outcomes are built through preparation, discipline, and doing the right things every day.

5️⃣ The patient's life is the real outcome.
Seeing someone walk without pain, return to work, play with their children, or get back to the sport they love—that's what makes the journey worthwhile.

Orthopedic surgery isn't just about repairing bones, ligaments, or joints.

It's about helping people get back to living their lives.
