Hey guys here is a country side vegetable curry which I learnt from my Mother-in law and the way it sounds healthy I wanted to share it with you all.
We find this lead in many places and just ignore but it has many health benefits beyond what we think.
Including this leaf in your curry helps you reduce weight, it has anti-cancer properties, rich in fibre and helps control blood sugar, it's a very soothing food and good for your Gut.
