🔹 Panic Attack:
⚡ अचानक शुरू होता है
⏱️ 5–20 मिनट में चरम पर

Mental Health Awareness Month - Glad to have Conducted a workshop cm talk at The Tagore Global School Kurukshetra ...An Interactive session with students.. " FROM STRESS TO SUCCESS : Emotional Regulation. " Emphasized on the Mental Health. We talked about important areas like stress, exam Stress, excessive screen time, emotional issues, anxiety and anger. Also shared some tips to overcome these behavioural changes and face these challenges with courage.
