Myofascial psoas major muscle pain, often called psoas syndrome, causes deep, chronic pain in the lower back, groin, and hip due to trigger points in this key hip flexor. Caused by prolonged sitting, overuse, or sports, it presents with stiffness, difficulty walking upright, and pain radiating toward the knee. Treatments include stretching, physical therapy, and deep muscle interventions may help these patient. Treated one patient with intervention
