Sprouted Ragi Laddoo with Khand & Dry Fruits
Ingredients (Makes 18β20 laddoos)
* 2 cups Safal Nutrition sprouted ragi flour
* ΒΎ cup Safal Nutrition khand
* ΒΌ cup desi ghee
* ΒΌ cup almonds, chopped
* ΒΌ cup walnuts, chopped
* 2 tbsp pistachios, chopped
* 2 tbsp cashews, chopped
* 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
* 2 tbsp flaxseeds (lightly roasted and coarsely ground)
* 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
* 2 tbsp raisins, chopped
* Β½ tsp cardamom powder
* A pinch of nutmeg powder (optional)
Method
1. Dry roast the sprouted ragi flour on low heat for 8β10 minutes until it becomes aromatic.
2. Roast the chopped nuts and seeds separately for 2β3 minutes.
3. Warm the ghee and add it to the roasted ragi flour. Mix well.
4. Add the roasted nuts, seeds, raisins, cardamom, and nutmeg.
5. Allow the mixture to cool until just warm.
6. Mix in the powdered khand thoroughly.
7. If the mixture feels dry, add 1β2 teaspoons of warm ghee.
8. Shape into medium-sized laddoos while the mixture is still warm.
