Summer Eye Care Tips:

👉Wear UV-protected sunglasses outdoors to protect against harmful sun rays.
👉Use a wide-brim hat for extra protection from sunlight and dust.
👉Stay hydrated to prevent dry and irritated eyes.
👉Use lubricating eye drops if your eyes feel dry.
👉Wash your face and eyes with clean water after coming from outside.
👉Avoid excessive screen time and follow the 20-20-20 rule.

Globally, about 30% of people are estimated to have myopia today.
Projections suggest that by 2050, nearly 50% of the world’s population may be myopic. High myopia could affect around 10%.
My aim is to detect Myopia early and prevent its progression among kids which can be easily achieved if parents are proactive and right interventions done at right time.
