Rainy weather, contaminated water, unhygienic food and poor hand hygiene can increase the risk of stomach infections during the monsoon.

⚠️ Watch out for:
• Loose motions / diarrhoea
• Vomiting
• Abdominal cramps
• Fever
• Weakness & dehydration

💧 Prevention is better than cure:
✅ Drink safe, clean water
✅ Eat freshly cooked food
✅ Wash hands frequently
✅ Avoid uncovered street food
✅ Keep food and surroundings clean

🚨 Don’t ignore dehydration, especially in children, older adults and people with diabetes.
