A 23-year-old male presented to us with severe jaundice and persistent bile leak following a previous gallbladder surgery performed elsewhere. Detailed investigations revealed a complex high-grade bile duct injury requiring highly specialized surgical management.

After meticulous evaluation and expert surgical planning, our team successfully performed an advanced hepatobiliary reconstruction surgery involving Right Hepatectomy with Roux-en-Y Hepaticojejunostomy. Despite the complexity of the case, the patient made an excellent recovery and was discharged in stable condition on post-operative day 6.
