Early periods ko ignore mat kijiye!
Aajkal girls mein periods comparatively early start hone ke multiple reasons ho sakte hain—nutrition, excess weight gain, lifestyle changes, physical activity ki kami aur hormonal factors.

Kya periods ke baad ya bleeding hone ka matlab pregnancy nahi ho sakti? 🤔 Not always!
Early pregnancy mein kuch women ko implantation bleeding ya light spotting ho sakti hai, jise kai log periods samajh lete hain.
💡 Remember: ✅ Implantation bleeding usually light hoti hai aur 1–2 din tak rehti hai. ✅ Heavy bleeding aur 4–5 din ka flow normal periods ka sign ho sakta hai. ✅ Agar pregnancy ka doubt ho, to Home Pregnancy Test karein aur apne Gynecologist se consult zaroor karein.
