I was rude to a colleague a couple of weeks back. It was unintentional ofcourse and I apologised. I was having a rough day and the past week was also really bad. An inconvenience that wasn’t my mistake spiralled into me being harsh with her. Yes, the mistake was her but she didn’t deserve my bad mood or harshness. No one does.

But that incident, that mistake gave me a huge life lesson.

1. I often show kindness but I sometimes give in to bad mood. I need to change that.

What do you choose and how.
Let me know in the comments .
