A complex ear case successfully treated with Tympanoplasty + Mastoidectomy + Ossiculoplasty. 👂✨

The patient had a large Tympanic Membrane Perforation along with reduced mobility of the hearing bones. The perforation was repaired and the ossicles were brought back to their proper position.

The patient will be called for a follow-up after 1–2 weeks to assess the healing of the eardrum and hearing improvement.
