🌱 Growth Mindset and the Future-Ready Educator: Thriving in the Age of AI
It was an honour to conduct a 2-hour interactive session during the Five-Day Faculty Development Program (FDP) – “Future Centric Educators: AI Integration in Research” at Chandigarh Business School of Administration (CBSA), Chandigarh Group of Colleges (CGC), Landran.
The session wasn’t about learning another AI tool—it was about developing the psychological mindset required to thrive in the age of Artificial Intelligence.
Together with the faculty members, we explored:

🧠 Cognitive Load Theory and Desirable Difficulties for deeper learning
🧠 Evidence-based strategies for healthy and responsible AI use in teaching, research, and academic decision-making
🧠 The Future-Ready Educator Framework—combining AI capability with critical thinking, ethics, emotional intelligence, and continuous learning.
The discussions, reflections, and interactive activities reinforced one powerful message:
