A CSF leak can lead to intracranial hypotension, causing severe postural headache and, occasionally, a subdural hematoma (SDH).

๐ŸŽฏ When the leak is identified, a CT-guided targeted epidural blood patch can seal the leak and help the symptoms and SDH resolve.

intracranial hypotension with a unilateral subdural hematoma (SDH) secondary to a spinal CSF leak.
Although SDH is usually bilateral, a unilateral collection can occur due to asymmetric brain sagging, differential stretching of bridging veins, and anatomical factors influencing subdural fluid accumulation.
The key was the diagnosis the underlying CSF leak rather than treating the SDH alone.

After CT-guided targeted epidural blood patch, the patient had significant clinical improvement, with progressive radiological resolution of the unilateral SDH on follow-up.

When one major blood vessel supplying the brain is completely blocked and the other is severely narrowed, the remaining blood flow becomes extremely important.

A young male smoker with repeated episodes of reduced blood flow to the brain had complete blockage of the right ICA and severe narrowing of the left ICA.

We successfully opened the narrowed artery using angioplasty and a drug-eluting stent, helping restore blood flow to the brain.

He was discharged on Day 4 with good recovery and had no further episodes during follow-up.

A young patient with a recurrent brain aneurysm causing minor strokes was treated successfully through a tiny blood vessel using advanced endovascular techniquesโ€”without open brain surgery.

A young patient presented with recurrent minor thromboembolic stroke secondary to a recurrent large, partially thrombosed fusisaccular left MCA aneurysm. The aneurysm was successfully treated with flow diverter-assisted coiling.
The patient remains clinically well on follow-up, with no recurrent neurological events. Follow-up DSA is awaited
