This one isn't from us.
It's from every patient who ever sat across from us and said — "I just wish they understood. I just wish I could explain it without watching them pull away."
So we wrote it for them.
The person in your life with schizophrenia is probably not telling you how frightening it is to live inside their own mind. They're not telling you because the last time they tried — they saw your face change. They learned that honesty costs them something.
They are not their diagnosis.
They are not dangerous.
They are not asking you to fix anything.
They are asking you to stay.
Swipe through this one slowly. And if someone comes to mind while you read it — send it to them. Or better yet, send it to yourself and let it change how you show up for them.

You've heard the word a hundred times.
In movies. In arguments. Thrown around casually to mean "unstable" or "unpredictable" or worse.

But schizophrenia — the actual diagnosis, the one real people are living with right now — looks nothing like what popular culture taught you.

It's not split personalities.
It's not violence waiting to happen.
It's not a life that's over.
It's a brain disorder. Frightening from the inside. And made infinitely harder by a world that fears it instead of understanding it.

We made this carousel because stigma isn't just unkind — it stops people from seeking help. It keeps families silent for years. It costs lives.
Swipe through. Save it. Send it to someone who still believes the myths.

Because the moment more people understand this illness accurately — someone, somewhere, finally asks for help.

Motherhood is celebrated everywhere.
But maternal mental health? Almost invisible.

In India, we prepare for the baby…
but not for the mother’s mind.

We normalise exhaustion.
We glorify sacrifice.
We silence struggle.

But the truth is:
Many mothers are silently dealing with
postpartum depression, anxiety, burnout… and guilt.
And most of them never talk about it.

This May, let’s change that.
Let’s talk about the side of motherhood
no one prepares you for.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month.
But most people don’t struggle loudly.

They show up. They smile. They function.

And quietly deal with:
– Constant overthinking
– Emotional exhaustion
– Feeling “off” without knowing why
– Not feeling “bad enough” to ask for help

In India, mental health is often minimized:

“It’s just stress”
“Everyone goes through this”

So people stop talking.

But just because something is common…
doesn’t mean it’s not important.

This month, we’re starting conversations that usually stay unspoken.
Stay with us for this series.

Fear of rejection isn't really about being rejected.

It's about what your mind believes rejection says about you. 💛

Swipe to understand where it comes from, how it shows up, and — most importantly — how to start loosening its grip.

Save this for when the fear is louder than your courage. And share it with someone who needs to hear they're not alone in this.

Caregivers of people with bipolar are often the silent sufferers.

Not because they don’t love enough —
but because they don’t know HOW to love without losing themselves.

This is your reminder: You matter too.”

No one talks about this part of bipolar.

The part where you don’t know
which version of you to trust.

Bipolar disorder is often misunderstood as ‘mood swings.

But what many people experience is far more complex: shifts in energy, identity, and perception of self.

This carousel highlights a side that patients often struggle to put into words.

Awareness begins when we move beyond labels
and start understanding lived experiences.

Not all mental health advice is harmless.

Some of it sounds comforting.
Some of it sounds confident.
Some of it even sounds like “healing.”
But that doesn’t make it true.

We’re living in a time where
✨ complex conditions are oversimplified
✨ serious struggles are turned into trends
✨ and misinformation is packaged as quick fixes

And the hardest part?

You don’t always know what’s wrong until it starts affecting you.
That’s why mental health professionals are showing up here.
Not to compete.
Not to influence.

But to make sure you’re not navigating your mind based on half-truths.

Because your mental health deserves more than content.
It deserves clarity, safety, and science.

Save this as a reminder:
Just because it resonates… doesn’t mean it’s accurate.

Every judgment we pass on someone else is often a mirror.
The traits that trigger us, irritate us, or feel “too much” outside…
are sometimes the parts of ourselves we haven’t fully understood or healed.
We don’t just see people.
We see our fears, our wounds, our insecurities — reflected back at us.
“As without, so within.”
Pause before you judge.
Ask yourself gently — what is this showing me about me?
Awareness is where healing begins. 🌿
