आवाज़ बैठ गई? 15 दिन से ज़्यादा हो गए? 🚨
Ye sirf “cold” nahi ho sakta.
Is video mein dekhiye endoscopy ka moment jab humein pata chala — patient ki left vocal cord paresis (movement loss) hai. Aur wajah? Pulmonary Koch’s (TB) — jo seedha lung ki bimari lagti hai, lekin ye nerve tak asar kar sakti hai jo aapki vocal cord ko control karti hai.
⚠️ Yaad rakhein: 15 din se zyada awaaz baithna kabhi bhi “normal” nahi hota — especially agar weight loss, evening fever ya cough bhi ho. Ye sirf infection nahi, kabhi kabhi TB ya aur serious cause ka pehla sign ho sakta hai.

Left nose me button? 👃

Aaj OPD me ek bacche ki left nostril me button foreign body tha. Local Anaesthesia (LA) me nasal endoscopy se removal kiya gaya.

Baccho me nasal foreign body common hai - Mathura Vrindavan me aksar dekha jata hai. Jyadatar cases LA me hi manage ho jate hain.
