❓ क्या हर डायबिटीज एक जैसी होती है?

अधिकतर लोग सोचते हैं कि डायबिटीज सिर्फ Type-1 या Type-2 ही होती है।
लेकिन हाल ही में Ayodhya में हुए RSSDI Conference के कुछ updates मैं share करना चाहूँगा

👉 डायबिटीज के कई अलग-अलग प्रकार भी हो सकते हैं।

🔹 MODY Diabetes
एक genetic (वंशानुगत) डायबिटीज जो अक्सर कम उम्र में होती है और परिवार के कई सदस्यों में देखी जा सकती है।

🔹 Monogenic Diabetes
सिर्फ एक gene की खराबी से होने वाली डायबिटीज।
ऐसे मरीजों में कई बार इंसुलिन की जरूरत भी नहीं पड़ती, यदि सही पहचान हो जाए।

🔹 Type-5 Diabetes
हाल ही में चर्चा में आया एक प्रकार, जो बचपन के कुपोषण (malnutrition) और pancreas के कम विकास से जुड़ा पाया गया है।

⚠️ इसलिए यह समझना जरूरी है कि
हर डायबिटीज एक जैसी नहीं होती।

✔️ सही जांच
✔️ सही पहचान
✔️ और सही इलाज

यही मरीज के बेहतर स्वास्थ्य की कुंजी है।
