A 60-year-old male presented with severe chest pain accompanied by breathlessness. Angiography revealed ostial LAD critical disease. Angioplasty with stent placement in the ostial LAD was performed, resulting in alleviation of the patient's pain. The patient was discharged in a stable condition.
