100+ Robotic GI Cancer Surgeries. One milestone. Countless lives touched. 🙏🤖
Reaching 100+ robotic GI cancer surgeries at Fortis Mohali is more than just a number—it’s a reflection of trust, teamwork, and an unwavering commitment to delivering the best possible care for patients battling cancer.
Each procedure represents a unique journey, often involving some of the most complex operations in surgical oncology, including Whipple surgery, esophagectomy, gastrectomy, colectomy, sphincter-preserving re**al cancer surgery, and radical surgery for gallbladder cancer.
Robotic technology has enabled us to perform these complex surgeries with greater precision, helping many patients experience less pain, faster recovery, and an earlier return to normal life—without ever compromising the principles of cancer surgery.
This milestone would not have been possible without the trust of my patients, the support of my mentors, colleagues, anaesthesia team, OT staff, ICU team, nursing staff, and everyone who has been a part of this journey.
The journey has only begun. Here’s to continuing to push the boundaries of minimally invasive cancer surgery and improving outcomes for every patient.
Precision in every move. Compassion in every decision. Better outcomes for every patient.
