☀️ Honestly, the heat has become unbearable these days, hasn’t it? 🥵🧊

In this scorching sun and humidity, even looking at heavy meals like roti and sabzi sometimes feels exhausting… many people simply don’t feel like eating proper food. A lot of you often DM me or ask during OPD visits,
“Ma’am, during summers we don’t feel like eating meals… can we survive on fruits instead? And if yes, which fruits are actually good for our health and especially for our kidneys?”

So I thought, why not talk about it openly today!

Let’s discuss a small but magical fruit that can become your kidney’s best friend this summer — Blueberries!.....................
🔹 What makes blueberries so special?
*High in Antioxidants
During summer, keeping the body clean from within is very important. These tiny berries are packed with antioxidants that help fight toxins and oxidative stress.

*Protects Kidney Cells
Blueberries help protect kidney cells from damage, supporting better kidney function over time.

*Gentle on the Kidneys
They are naturally low in sodium and potassium, which means they don’t put extra pressure on your kidneys.

*A small suggestion from me:
Whenever you feel hungry during hot afternoons but don’t feel like eating heavy food, just take out some chilled blueberries from the fridge and enjoy them. They’ll cool your body, refresh your mood, and your kidneys will silently thank you too.
👇 By the way, what’s your favorite fruit during summer that makes you feel refreshed? Tell me in the comments — I’d love to know!...............................
