🚨 समय पर उपचार से बची एक युवा महिला की जान 🚨

28 वर्षीय एक युवती अत्यंत गंभीर अवस्था में हमारे अस्पताल लाई गई। मरीज को सांस लेने में अत्यधिक तकलीफ़, गंभीर कमजोरी तथा शॉक की स्थिति थी। जांच में 𝗛𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗴𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗻 मात्र 6 पाया गया।

मरीज को तुरंत 𝗜𝗖𝗨 में भर्ती किया गया जहाँ इमरजेंसी रेसुसिटेशन शुरू किया गया। मरीज को इनोट्रोप सपोर्ट, ऑक्सीजन एवं अन्य आवश्यक जीवनरक्षक उपचार दिए गए। लगातार निगरानी एवं उपचार के बाद मरीज की स्थिति धीरे-धीरे स्थिर हुई।

🔍 अल्ट्रासाउंड जांच में पेट के अंदर अत्यधिक मात्रा में 𝗘𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗙𝗹𝘂𝗶𝗱 पाया गया, जिससे अंदरूनी रक्तस्राव की आशंका हुई। आगे की जांच में 𝗨𝗣𝗧 पॉज़िटिव पाया गया।

⚠️ निदान:
𝗥𝘂𝗽𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗟𝗲𝗳𝘁 𝗧𝘂𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗰 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘆
with
𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗛𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗺

स्थिति स्थिर होने के बाद मरीज को तुरंत ऑपरेशन थिएटर ले जाया गया।

✅ इमरजेंसी लैप्रोस्कोपिक सैल्पिंगो-ओओफोरेक्टॉमी
✅ ब्लीडिंग वेसल्स की लिगेशन
✅ अत्यधिक अंदरूनी रक्तस्राव पर सफल नियंत्रण

समय पर पहचान, 𝗜𝗖𝗨 की तत्पर देखभाल एवं एडवांस लैप्रोस्कोपिक सर्जरी की सहायता से इस युवा मरीज की जान सफलतापूर्वक बचाई गई।
