PMMD : Premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) is a severe form of PMS that includes physical and behavioural symptoms that usually resolve with the onset of menstruation.

There is no tangible measurement of how severe your mood swings or cramps are,
If they interfere with your daily life - then you have every right to access all the treatment available.. medical, psychiatric & surgical!

To all the couples trying to get pregnant right now, you are doing your best.❤

Try not to be disheartened due to failed attempts, it often takes more than a few tries..
Try your best to not be pressurized by friends & family, do it for yourselves at your own time..
I know it gets really hard but all you can do is smile, try again and hope for the best.

Couples who don't achieve pregnancy after 1 year of actively trying must visit a doctor for further evaluation.
